Choose the reason that matches your return

You changed your mind — within seven days

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you seven days from receiving the chair to cancel, for any reason or none. You pay to send it back.

Something is wrong with it — within six months

The Consumer Protection Act gives you six months from delivery if the chair is faulty, unsafe or not as described. You choose whether we repair it, replace it or refund you — that choice is yours by law, and we pay for the collection.

A trial advertised with your order, if any

A voluntary trial applies only when its duration and terms appeared on the product page and were recorded with your order. It is separate from, and cannot reduce, your ECTA and CPA rights. Your order lookup will show it only if it applies.
