Goods and services

We sell the office chairs and related options described on each product page, with door-to-door delivery to serviceable South African addresses. The product page states the main characteristics, available variants and current stock status. The checkout states the delivery service and estimate for the supplied postcode.

Prices and costs

Consumer prices are in South African rand and include VAT where VAT is chargeable. The product total, discounts, delivery charge, VAT and final amount payable are shown before the order is submitted. We do not add an undisclosed checkout fee.

Payment

The payment methods and providers currently available are displayed at checkout. Payment is completed on the chosen provider's hosted service. We rely on the provider's direct confirmation and do not store complete card or bank-login credentials.

Terms, delivery, returns and refunds

The applicable agreement terms are available in our terms and conditions. Our delivery notice, returns notice, and warranty notice explain performance, cooling-off, return costs, complaint handling and refunds.

For goods covered by ECTA section 44, you may cancel without reason within seven days after receipt. You bear only the direct cost of returning the goods, and we refund within 30 days after cancellation as the Act provides. Separate CPA remedies apply to defective or unsafe goods at our risk and expense.

Review, correction and withdrawal

Before placing the order, the review screen lets you identify and correct errors in the products, quantities, contact information, delivery address, delivery option, discounts, totals and payment method. You can return to an earlier step or withdraw without submitting.
